Embassy REIT -  5 Year Anniversary End to End Strategy

Skyline Builders - Dubai & India

Led end-to-end digital strategy and client servicing for Skyline’s India (15+ active Kerala projects) and Dubai project AvantGarde. Ran high-intent Google Ads, Meta Ads, and GA4-driven optimisation, pushing qualified leads into Sell.Do CRM and improving site-visit efficiency across markets.
Delivered a unified online–offline engine — digital campaigns, content production, and property-focused media assets — resulting in a notable surge in project enquiries and sustained uptick in site visits over 18 months, with 70% of the units being booked pre-construction.

Medical Trust Hospital - Plastic Surgery Department Launch

Led end-to-end project management and client servicing for Embassy REIT’s milestone 5-year celebration, aligning cross-functional teams across creative, media, and digital. Delivered a 360° brand activation — from website revamp and digital campaigns to offline touchpoints including airport billboards, OOH at prime business hubs, and digital displays across Embassy office parks. Oversaw video production, content strategy, and social amplification, ensuring seamless brand coherence across platforms and record engagement from stakeholders.

Launched and scaled the Plastic Surgery Department by building trust-first awareness campaigns featuring the doctor’s explanatory videos, run at high frequency to the same audience—familiarising them with the doctor’s face, tone, and mannerisms to establish early credibility.
Followed this with targeted Meta lead-gen ads, retargeting pools segmented by procedure category, and routed all responses into a customised WhatsApp automation funnel to filter high-intent leads.
This strategy drove consistent demand, with the department achieving 10 –12 consultations per day at peak.

Fragomen Educational Services - 360° Launch & Digital Framework

Led the complete launch of Fragomen’s new study-abroad and immigration vertical as the core client POC, managing strategy, content, and execution across all agency teams. Activated the brand’s digital presence from scratch — building content calendars, coordinating design systems, overseeing all video production, and steering the full website launch with the web development team.
Implemented Meta + Google lead-generation streams along with WhatsApp and social automations, creating a scalable, conversion-focused pipeline within the first months of launch.

Evocus Alkaline Water — Influencer & PR Strategy Activation

Led the full influencer-and-PR strategy for Evocus: secured cameo placement in the film Fighter (actor Hrithik Roshan seen drinking the brand), managed collaborations with leading wellness influencers, and synchronised on-ground wellness activations with digital storytelling.
These efforts increased brand visibility, elevated lifestyle-credibility, and helped position Evocus as a premium wellness player in the hydration category.
